Children's data, treated like it matters
A school system holds children's names, birthdays and photographs, and their parents' phone numbers. We built Eduvo assuming that data will one day be audited — because it should be.
Every school's data is isolated from every other school's. Every action — a fee edited, a mark entered, a certificate issued — lands in an audit log the software itself cannot alter. Backups are encrypted and restore-tested, not just taken. Logins lock after repeated failures, and parents never handle passwords at all.

Our office staff aren't technical. Honestly — will they manage?
If they can use WhatsApp, they can use Eduvo. The screens are built for school offices, not IT departments, and founding schools get in-person training in Malayalam until everyone is comfortable.
We have years of records in registers and Excel. What happens to them?
We migrate your students, classes and fee structure into Eduvo for you before day one. You start with your school already inside, not an empty system.
Can this replace our class WhatsApp groups?
Yes — that's one of the main reasons schools come to us. Announcements, homework, attendance alerts and marks go from the school to parents through the app, officially and quietly. Teachers stop being 24-hour message operators, parents stop scrolling 200 messages to find one circular, and nothing important gets buried.
What do parents need to do?
Open the app and enter the OTP sent to their phone — no passwords, no registration. Then everything about their child is one tap away: marks for the whole year with how they're improving and where they need attention, full attendance history with every absent date, fees paid and pending, homework, and every school announcement. And if their child hasn't reached school, they're notified the moment attendance is marked.
What does it cost?
