Delete your Eduvo account

How parents and staff can delete their Eduvo app account, and what happens to their information.

Parents (Eduvo app)

  1. Open the Eduvo app and sign in.
  2. Go to More → Delete my app account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Deleted straight away: your app sign-in, the email address stored for the app, your phone’s notification settings and your read-marks. Every phone signed in with your account is signed out.

Not deleted: your child’s school records (attendance, marks, fees and so on), because they belong to the school. To have those changed or removed, contact the school office. A record that the account existed and was deleted is kept in the school’s audit log.

You can sign in again later; that creates a new account.

Can’t open the app?

Email info@eduvo.co.in from the email address you use in the app, with the name of your child’s school. We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

School staff

Staff accounts belong to the school. Ask your school’s admin or principal to turn off or remove your account.
